What will the role involve?
* Sourcing and purchasing a wide range of engineered parts, components and commodities
* Identifying suitable suppliers and negotiating commercial terms
* Raising POs and expediting part deliveries
* Maintaining and developing value-adding supplier relationships
* Driving cost down initiatives and delivering cost savings to the business

Ideal Skills and Experience
* Previous purchasing experience as a Buyer in a manufacturing or engineering environment
* Experience buying component parts from engineering drawings / technical specifications
* Confident negotiation and expediting skills
* High attention to detail with good ERP skills
* Passion and ambition to develop your procurement skills and progress your career!
