Key Responsibilities:

Environmental Impact Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the potential environmental impacts of battery storage projects, including land use, wildlife habitat, air quality, and water resources.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and permitting requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Sustainable Design: Collaborate with engineers and designers to integrate environmentally sustainable practices into battery storage project planning and implementation.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with community stakeholders, environmental organizations, and regulatory agencies to address concerns and promote transparent, environmentally responsible project development.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Planning, Ecology, or related field.

* Proven experience in environmental planning, preferably with a focus on renewable energy or infrastructure projects.

* Strong understanding of environmental regulations, permitting processes, and best practices for environmental mitigation.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex environmental concepts to diverse stakeholders.
