Finance Manager
Location: Louth
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Are you an experienced finance professional ready to take on your next leadership role in a dynamic and highly respected company.
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our clients financial operations and play a pivotal role in helping to analyse and grow their financial position.

The Role of Finance Manager includes but is not limited to:
* Lead and develop a small finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Lead the preparation of accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
* Manage cash flow, ensuring financial stability and efficient resource allocation.
* Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
* Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
* Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
* Oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities including UK GAAP, HMRC, Data Protection
* Prepare detailed reports for earnings to present to the leadership team
The ideal Finance Manager:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
* Motivated and results-oriented with a blend of technical expertise and leadership ability.
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
* Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning.
