Finance Manager – North Leicestershire – £40,000 - £45,000 Flexible and Hybrid Working I am working with a growing, family-run business in North Leicestershire to recruit a Finance Manager. This is a standalone role, offering full ownership of the finance function within a supportive and flexible working environment. The Role: Reporting directly to the senior managers, you’ll be responsible for managing all day-to-day financial operations, including: Purchase & sales invoicingVAT & CIS returnsPayroll processingCredit control & reconciliationsManagement reportingWorking with Sage Cloud Accounting softwareData analysis & reportingThis is a role for someone who enjoys taking full ownership — planning their own workload and working closely with the directors to support the business.
