Finance Process Transformation Lead
Location : Lincolnshire
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Benjamin Edwards are recruiting for a Finance Process Transformation Lead to drive the financial integration of key business transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring finance is embedded in cross-functional projects, aligning financial processes, controls, and reporting with the evolving systems landscape. As Finance Process Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for documenting business requirements, understanding current processes, and driving the design and implementation of future systems. This role requires close collaboration with various partners and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of integrated, customer-centric, and automated solutions. The role of Finance Process Transformation Lead
Serve as the primary finance representative in business transformation initiatives, ensuring financial considerations are fully incorporated. This includes:
* Document business requirements and desired outcomes for the finance area
* Understand and document current processes, pain points, and stakeholder feedback
* Work closely with other Product Owners across Finance, HR, and Procurement/Other departments
* Support role-to-user mapping for the finance area
* Participate in UAT, involving BAU teams as needed
* Define test script scope and ensure thorough testing and sign-off
* Act as the key liaison between finance and other departments to guarantee seamless integration
* Establish and maintain clear communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed efficiently and effectively
The ideal candidate for the role of Finance Process Transformation Lead
* Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
* Strong understanding of finance processes and systems
* Excellent documentation and communication skills
* Ability to make agile design decisions and challenge non-compliant designs
* Experience with transformation and automation
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
* Knowledge of data management and control environments
* Experience in change management and user acceptance testing
