Location: Londin, WC1
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
The Role
The role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail and organisational skills. The post-holder will also act as the main point of contact for the Board of Management, preparing board papers with SLT members, minutes, and reports, and maintaining the organisation's records and registers.
Job Summary:
* To support members of Head Office and Management with their administration needs.
* Be the first point of contact for the organisation.
* Answer calls and respond to email queries.
* Schedule board meetings and other office activities
* To be part of the asset management team to develop project management and procurement skills.
Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in an Administrator role.
* Experience in dealing with the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Management.
* Excellent Reporting skills, minute taking and proficient Microsoft Office Skills.
* Experience in delivering excellent results within complex and challenging environments.
* Problem-solving skills, including being able to identify issues and resolve in a timely manner.
* Strong client facing and teamwork skills.
* Experience in managing the people impact of rapid growth and change.
* The ability to balance priorities and demands on time while working in a fast-moving progressive environment.
* Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Commitment to, and enthusiasm for facilitating cultural and behavioural change.
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an engaging and compelling manner using a variety of methods.
* Ability to manage difficult situations and resolve conflict.
* Commitment to and focus on quality, promoting high standards to consistently improve outcomes and the experience of staff.
* Must be able to prioritise and plan work activities to use time efficiently.
* Must be organised, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor own work for quality.

* Experience of Minute Taking
* Excellent standard of IT knowledge, Work and PowerPoint, Excel
* Confident in delivering messages in a professional presentation style and managing/leading teams
