Are you an experience Contract catering General Manager ready for the next challenge?
THE JOB:
* Day to day management of a large Contract Catering site
* Representing the Contract Caterer during all client meetings.
* Management, mentoring and development of the team by providing both positive and constructive feedback.
* Development of strong and long-lasting relationships with the Client and their employees as well as strengthening the business' operation onsite.
* Ensuring a complete guest satisfaction in every visit and encouraging return business within both internal and external clientele while remaining in line with the business' brand image.
* Maintenance of the Health and Safety Standards.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* Min. 2 years' General Management experience within Contract Catering sector of the Hospitlaity Industry.
* Strong knowledge of Contract Management but also of hospitality as well as meeting and event basics including set ups, operations, forward planning as well as client liaisons.
* Keen eye for detail and a sense of luxury without compromise.
* Ability to engage with both the team as well as the guests.
* Ability to deliver to strict deadlines.
* Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control and inventory management.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding client expectations.
