Key Responsibilities: Graduate Assistant - Croydon

* Assist teachers in the classroom to deliver engaging lessons and activities

* Support students with varying needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN)

* Provide one-on-one or group support for children who require additional help

* Contribute to the school's pastoral care by promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being

* Help in organizing school events, activities, and educational trips

* Engage with parents and guardians in building strong school-home connections

What We're Looking For: Graduate Assistant - Croydon

* A recent graduate with a degree in Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, or a related field

* Passion for working with children and a desire to make a positive impact in their educational journey

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work well within a team, as well as independently

* A proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks

* Prior experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is advantageous but not essential
