Key Responsibilities:

* Support the design and delivery of building services systems, including HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, and fire safety systems.

* Contribute to energy and sustainability strategies, focusing on low-carbon and energy-efficient design solutions.

* Work alongside project teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers, to integrate building services systems into overall project designs.

* Gain exposure to sustainability certifications (e.g., BREEAM, LEED) and their application in real-world projects.

* Support the delivery of energy modelling, performance simulations, and energy efficiency assessments for building services systems.

Essential Requirements

* A recent degree (or expected graduation) in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

* Strong understanding of building systems and services.

* An interest in energy efficiency and sustainability within the built environment.

* Good problem-solving skills with an enthusiasm for technical design.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desirable Skills

* Familiarity with CAD software and building design tools.

* Knowledge of sustainability certifications such as BREEAM or LEED.

* An interest in energy modelling and simulation tools (e.g., IES, Hevacomp).
