Key Responsibilities:

* Assessing carbon emissions from buildings, including operational and embodied carbon.

* Assisting in calculating carbon baselines for real estate portfolios.

* Supporting the ESG team with research, data analysis, and sustainability insights.

* Contributing to the development of net-zero strategies and decarbonisation roadmaps for a variety of clients.

* Supporting the development of science-based targets for clients to help them achieve their net-zero goals.

* Delivering presentations and contributing to internal workshops on sustainability and carbon reduction.

The Ideal Candidate:

* A degree in architecture, engineering, or a related buildings-related field.

* Knowledge of carbon emissions from buildings, including both embodied and operational carbon.

* Understanding of net-zero principles and strategies for decarbonisation.

* Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for sustainability and climate action.

* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and personal development.
