About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Graduate Town Planner to join my client's London-based team. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a diverse range of projects, working closely with experienced planning professionals and benefiting from structured training and development opportunities. The role will provide hands-on experience across various planning services, including strategic advice, planning appraisals, prior approval applications, and environmental impact assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing planning applications, appeals, and impact assessments.

Conduct research and analysis to support planning proposals and policy development.

*

Engage with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to facilitate planning processes.

*

Support senior planners with project management and strategic advice.

*

Contribute to placemaking consultancy and land promotion initiatives.

*

Keep up to date with planning legislation, regulations, and market trends.

Requirements:

*

A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.

*

A keen interest in UK planning policies, legislation, and development.

*

Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

*

Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

*

Ability to manage workload effectively in a dynamic environment.

*

Previous work experience or internship in planning (desirable but not essential).
