About the Role
This is an opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team, gaining experience in development planning and major infrastructure projects, including large-scale renewable energy schemes. The company provides full support towards RTPI accreditation, offering a structured APC training programme, hands-on experience, and mentorship from industry professionals.
What We're Looking For
* A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accredited preferred, but not essential)
* A genuine interest in the planning and development sector
* Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
* A proactive and collaborative approach to work
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting in the preparation of planning applications, appeals, and appraisals
* Conducting research on local planning policies and site constraints
* Supporting public consultations and stakeholder engagement
* Drafting reports, statements, and correspondence under supervision
* Attending site visits, planning committee meetings, and public examinations
