The menu will be upto you and your team where input and creativity is encouraged - all food is fresh, seasonal, modern and a mixture of street food and fine dining due to hospitality & events.
PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE 3 DIFFERENT FULL TIME CONTRACTS AVAILABLE
Here is a snapshot of one Head Chef Contract:
* Salary £38,000 - £40,000 pa
* 52 weeks a year
* Monday - Friday
* 500 pupils
* Cookery School
* Full staffed team / brigade

The ideal Head Chef will come for a hotel background who can scale up from street food to fine dining.
