Location: North Chailey, East Sussex, BN8 4EF
Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Flexible working arrangements available.
Our client is looking for a "Head of Engagement"!

The Role
* Lead a purpose-driven team in an organisation that transforms lives.
* Drive meaningful engagement through PR, digital marketing, and stakeholder relations.
* Shape their brand voice and influence key decision-makers.
* Have an impact on the lives of young people with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic engagement plan across PR, digital, communication and marketing.
* Build and manage relationships with colleagues, donors, families, and wider stakeholder audiences.
* Oversee brand reputation and crisis communications.
* Lead a high-performing team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
* Use data-driven insights to refine communication strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in PR, communications, and marketing.
* A natural leader with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence at all levels.
* Digitally savvy, with expertise in social media, content marketing, and digital tools.
* A passion for the charity sector, social care, and education.
