Pay Rate: £25.00 - £28.00 per hour (umbrella)
Role Overview: As a Health Visitor, you will play a vital role in supporting families and promoting child health. Your key responsibilities include:
Managing caseloads and delivering the Healthy Child Programme.
Providing expert guidance to families on child health and development.
Working closely with multi-agency teams to ensure integrated care.
Conducting health assessments and evaluations.
Promoting well-being across families and communities.
Maintaining accurate records in line with NHS standards.
What We're Looking For:
SCPHN Health Visitor Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate
NMC Registration
Experience in child protection and multi-agency collaboration
Strong understanding of child health agendas
Ability to travel between locations as required
