HR Administrator

Location : Craigmillar

Salary: £20,310 - £23,695 (pro-rata of £26,404)

(full-time is 39 hours) over 4 or 5 days

The Role

Do you have background in an administrative role? Do you have a track record of improving process and providing a great service? Do you enjoy a fast-paced, varied role where you can make a real difference? If so, they would love to hear from you.

You will work alongside another HR Administrator in their small, friendly HR Team. You will process all administration relating to the employee life cycle and support recruitment, ensuring all screening procedures are followed. Responding to a range of enquiries, you will enjoy dealing people in person and online. You will be a genuine team player and able to juggle the competing demands of day-to-day reactive work alongside more proactive work.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic person, who is able to both learn new process and systems quickly and contribute their own knowledge to support the efficient operation of HR activities. The post will involve a requirement to respond professionally to colleagues in the wider organisation and potential new colleagues.
