As the HR Advisor, you'll benefit from:

* Holidays: 23 days per annum plus Bank Holidays

* Hybrid Working: 1-2 days per week from home

* A role with real purpose: be a part of a company that values HR and invests in its people

* Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)

As the HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

* Being a trusted HR partner for employees and managers, offering guidance on policies, best practices, and employment law

* Supporting recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires

* Championing employee wellbeing, assisting with absence management, occupational health referrals, and wellbeing initiatives

* Guiding managers through employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance reviews

* Ensuring HR systems and data are up to date, maintaining accurate records and generating useful insights

* Staying ahead of HR trends and legislation, keeping policies compliant and continuously improving processes

As the HR Advisor, your skills and experience will include:

* HR experience particularly in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration

* Being a natural people person, someone who builds relationships with empathy, fairness, and professionalism

* Good organisation, ensuring HR processes run efficiently and accurately

* Good working knowledge of UK employment law, with the ability to apply it practically

* Being a proactive problem-solver and always looking for ways to improve processes to support the business

* A HR qualification (e.g. CIPD Level 3 or above) is preferred but not essential
