Intermediate Architectural Technician

Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £35-40,000 DOE

This role is ideal for a mid-level technician looking to take the next step in their career, working on a diverse range of projects, including Ministry of Defence (MOD) developments, residential and commercial schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the design and technical delivery of projects across various sectors.
* Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
* Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and MOD standards.
* Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other consultants.
* Utilise AutoCAD and other relevant software to produce high-quality technical drawings.
* Attend site visits and client meetings as required.
Ideal Candidate:
* A minimum of several years' experience in an architectural technician role.
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods.
* Experience with MOD projects is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit is beneficial.
* Excellent technical detailing and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
