Salary: £35-42,000 DOE

Daily Duties:

* Leading the technical delivery of projects across a range of sectors

* Producing coordinated technical drawings and construction packages

* Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities

* Managing and submitting planning and building regulations applications

* Conducting site visits and ensuring quality and compliance on site

* Supporting project delivery to meet timeframes, budget, and design intent

The Ideal Candidate:

* Holds a relevant qualification in architectural technology or a related field

* Substantial years of UK experience, with a solid grasp of technical delivery

* Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Revit

* Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing

* Strong communication and coordination skills with a proactive mindset

* Able to manage multiple projects independently and within a team

* Experience across sectors such as retail, commercial, and logistics preferred
