Internal Sales Manager

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Manager to join a dynamic company in Nuneaton.
What You'll Do:
* Lead and develop an internal sales team, driving performance and results.
* Manage sales strategies, pipeline, and customer interactions to achieve growth targets.
* Provide first-level technical support and assist customers in selecting the right products.
* Work closely with external teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
* Oversee CRM and sales reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
* Enhance processes, implement improvements, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in sales leadership within the Manufacturing, Construction or Engineering.
* Strong commercial acumen and expertise in specification selling and distribution.
* Proven ability to manage CRM/ERP systems and improve internal sales processes.
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
