Job Opportunity: Oncology Pharmacist Band 7/8a - London

Location: London

Pay: £30 - £38 per hour (depending on experience)

⏰ Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:00pm

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a highly skilled Oncology Pharmacist (Band 7/8a) to join our hospital based client London. If you have experience in oncology pharmacy and are passionate about patient care, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

As an Oncology Pharmacist , you will play a key role in the safe and effective use of chemotherapy and other cancer-related medications. Your responsibilities will include:

* Dispensing and reviewing chemotherapy prescriptions to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficacy.

* Providing expert clinical advice on the use of oncology medications to healthcare teams and patients.

* Conducting medication reviews and ensuring medication safety for cancer patients.

* Monitoring drug interactions , side effects, and providing recommendations for symptom management.

* Working alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and treatment plans.

* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for oncology pharmacy services.

* Competitive pay rates: £30 - £38 per hour (depending on experience)

What we need from you:

* Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC

* Proven experience working in oncology pharmacy

* Excellent knowledge of oncology medications , chemotherapy regimens, and related therapies

* Ability to manage a busy workload and provide expert advice in a clinical setting
