Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technician/ Technologist:

* Assist in the preparation of detailed architectural drawings and plans using ArchiCAD.

* Contribute to the development of design concepts and technical solutions across diverse sectors, including Commercial, Defence, Education, Health, Hospitality, Housing, and Later Living.

* Support senior technicians and architects in project development and execution.

* Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate and adheres to relevant standards and regulations.

* Participate in site visits and inspections as needed.

* Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals and ensure client satisfaction.

* A relevant qualification in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a related field.

* Proficiency in ArchiCAD and other relevant design software would be preferred.

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.

* Good understanding of building regulations and construction methods.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.

* A keen interest in sustainable design practices and an understanding of sector-specific requirements.
