Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum for KS1.
* Monitor and assess student progress, adapting lessons to meet the diverse needs of learners.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to provide a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers, offering regular feedback on student progress and working together to ensure student success.

Requirements
