Legal Cashier – Based in either Derby or Nottingham £25,000 - £40,000, Dependent on Experience Some Hybrid Working Are you an experienced Legal Cashier looking to join a growing, forward-thinking law firm that values your expertise? We are working with an expanding law firm looking to recruit a Legal Cashier who can be based in either their Derby or Nottingham office, whichever is more convenient for you. Following a recent acquisition, they are experiencing significant growth and are seeking a skilled Legal Cashier to join their team. This role offers a varied workload, the chance to be part of an exciting growth journey, and some flexibility with hybrid working. About the Company: Our client recently acquired a new firm Law which has contributed significantly to their rapid expansion. The firm is thriving, with a busy caseload and an ambitious vision for continued growth. The Role: As a Legal Cashier, you’ll take on a wide range of responsibilities, including: Managing deposit accounts Completing bank reconciliations Allocating payments Processing cheques and BACs payments Handling billings Managing the purchase ledger The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Legal Cashier within the legal sector Strong understanding of legal accounting procedures and regulations Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Experience with Leap and XERO is desirable but not essential What’s on Offer: Full-time hours: 9am - 5pm (1-hour lunch break) Hybrid working A varied role with exposure to different aspects of the business Opportunity to join a growing, dynamic firm with a supportive team environment Why Apply?
