Legal Secretary (Private Client)

Full Time Office based

Birmingham City Centre

Monday to Friday 9.15am-5.15pm - 1 hour lunch (35 hours)

£24-25,000 + Bens

Are you an experienced legal secretary?

At least 2-3 years experience in a Law Firm?

With at least 1 years experience within the Private Client sector?

Possess strong secretarial skills and high accuracy levels?

As a Legal Secretary you will be joining the Private Clients team, supporting them within the firm.

The role requires:

* A highly organised individual with excellent typing skills, great attention to detail and high accuracy standards as you will be typing correspondence from script or dictation.

* You must have at least one years experience working within the Private Client sector (eg:- Wills/Probate and Trusts)

* Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent telephone manner and the ability to work as part of a small team.

* You will also be using a Case Management system call TIKIT, therefore experience of using a case management system would be beneficial.
