* Job Title: Physiotherapist (Band 6)
* Location: South London
* Duration: Ongoing contract
* Schedule: Full-time (Part-time considered)
* Start Date: April 2025
* Rate of Pay: £25 - £26 per hour
What You'll Be Doing:
Join our Neuro Team and play a key role in improving the lives of patients with neurological conditions. In this role, you will:
* Perform comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological conditions.
* Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation plans .
* Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
* Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to service development.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
* Experience working with neurological conditions .
* Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills .
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities .
* The ability to work both independently and within a team .
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing , with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
