Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (Band 7)
Location: London (Private Hospital)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 5th June 2025
Rate of Pay: £27-£33 per hour (via umbrella)
What You'll Be Doing:
Join our client's team as a Clinical Pharmacist in a leading private hospital , where you will play a key role in enhancing patient care. In this role, you will:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments on medical, surgical, and rehab wards
Create and implement personalised medication plans
Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
Maintain accurate patient records
Potentially assist with checking in the dispensary
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid GPhC registration
Experience working in hospital wards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role requires availability Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 , with flexibility where possible. The contract is until 5th June 2025 , with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
