What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients with neurological conditions. In this role, you will:
* Perform comprehensive assessments for patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, brain injury, and neurodegenerative diseases.
* Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans to improve daily living skills and enhance quality of life.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and person-centered care.
* Deliver evidence-based treatments to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A current and valid HCPC registration.
* Experience in working with neurological patients or related conditions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and achieving positive outcomes.
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers flexibility, with availability from [Working Days] and the opportunity for further flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing, with a strong potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
