- Job Title: Renal Dietitian Band 6
- Location: Derby
- Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 3 months initial contract
- Rate of Pay: £26 per hour
What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Renal Dietitian and play a key role in improving the lives of renal patients across wards, clinics, and dialysis units. In this role, you will:
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments for renal patients
- Create and implement personalised care plans
- Deliver evidence-based dietary interventions to optimise patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current and valid HCPC registration
- Experience working with renal patients in wards, clinics, or dialysis units
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a full-time working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The contract is for 3 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
