Location: Midlands

Rate: £38 per hour (Social Worker) | £40 per hour (Social Worker Lead)

Accommodation Support: Up to £150 per week

What You Need:

* Specialist Experience - A strong background in hospital discharge or intermediate care, allowing you to make informed decisions that improve lives.

* Expertise in Mental Capacity & Safeguarding - Confidence in conducting assessments and handling safeguarding concerns effectively.

* Social Work England Registration & ASYE Completion - A qualified professional with proven experience in statutory social work.

* Legislative Knowledge & Best Practices - A strong understanding of key frameworks, policies, and approaches that drive effective adult social care.

* Driving Licence & Access to a Car - While exceptions apply under the Equality Act, being mobile allows for greater flexibility in responding to cases.
