An exciting contract opportunity has arisen for a M&A Project Manager to join this business on an initial 3 month basis.
Responsibilities will include:
* Organising and co-ordinating M&A activity
* Confidently working with Data Rooms
* Key stakeholder management with regard to any M&A queries and information
* Due diligence activities
* Obtaining and present key information to senior stakeholders
* Managing flow of information
* Liaison with key business areas such as Legal, Tax & Finance
