ROLE: Production Worker
LOCATION: Wellingborough
HOURS OF WORK: Monday-Thursday-07:40-16:55 Friday- 07:40-12:40
BASIC SALARY: £12.00
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: All breaks paid
Company Profile
Our client is seeking a Machine Operator to join their organisation based in Wellingborough on a temporary to permanent basis. To manufacture their formulations to meet planned volumes and targets in accordance with safety and quality standards.
In this Machine Operator role, you will:
* Operate mixing and associated equipment
* Record and monitor performance v target in terms of HSE, quality, OEE, staff and waste
* Maintain an excellent standard of housekeeping
* Actively participate in safety, quality and continuous improvement activities
* Machine Operating
* Loading and unloading plastic strips into a machine.
* packing
* Quality checking
* General house keeping
In order to be successful as a Machine Operator you must:
* Competency in interpreting data in business systems and entering key performance data
* General knowledge on comptuers
* Experience in manufacturing / process industry
* Excellent verbal communication and team work skills to work with colleagues to achieve individual and team targets
* Desire to champion the company values
* Good understanding of Machine
* Logical problem solving skills
* Machine operating experince
