Company Profile
Our client is seeking a Machine Operator to join their organisation based in Raunds on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining the machine is running smoothly in accordance with productivity targets
* Manually packing and wrapping the products into the correct boxes ready for shipping
* Setting the machines up to produce products in line with the company's quality programme
* Escalating quality or productivity issues to the managers
* Using a computer to keep systems updated with the products being produced daily
* Making sure you are completing specified product metrics
* Printing off labels for the boxes
* Consistently working in a safe manner & adhering to the operational procedures
* Participating in company safety checks, ensuring you continue to maintain a safe environment
* Maintaining a clean working station
Person specification:
* Experience working as a Machine Operator
* Must enjoying working in a team
* Able to work in a shift pattern
* Being flexible and able to adapt to changing environments
