Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Creator: Design, execute, and own impactful marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including events, webinars, digital ads, and social media.
* Content: Craft engaging sales collateral and compelling copy that captivates audiences and drives conversions.
* Digital Strategist: Optimise website performance, leverage SEO best practices, and master the art of digital advertising.
* Partner Collaboration: Work with their valued vendors to support their marketing initiatives and build strong relationships.
* Data Analyst: Look at campaign performance, track key metrics, and demonstrate a clear return on investment (ROI).
* Creative Guru: Design stunning visuals and graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud to bring your marketing visions to life.
* Lead Generation Expert: Generate high-quality leads through innovative marketing strategies and tactics.
Skills and Qualifications
* Marketing Experience: 1-3 years of marketing experience, with a solid understanding of marketing principles.
* Digital Dexterity: Basic understanding of on-page SEO and experience with WordPress.
* Adobe Ace: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro).
* Communication Champion: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sales-focused mindset.
* Team Player & Independent Achiever: Ability to collaborate effectively and manage your own projects.
* Video Editing: Experience with video editing for YouTube is a plus.
* Marketing Automation: Experience with email and marketing automation (especially Splotler) is a major advantage.
* Marketing Credentials: A marketing degree or CIM qualification is desirable.
