This is a full-time position starting in January 2025, with exceptional support available for Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Foster a love for mathematics, encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Work collaboratively with the Maths department to ensure student success and development.
* Utilize innovative teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners in Billericay.
* Contribute to the school's vibrant and inclusive community, supporting the holistic development of students.
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or possesses a subject-related degree with proven teaching experience.
* A passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher who can motivate and inspire students.
* Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
* Open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs), with outstanding support available from our exceptional Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
