An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Net-Zero Consultant to join a forward-thinking sustainability team in Bristol. This role will focus on delivering sustainable building solutions, supporting the implementation of Net-Zero strategies, and driving forward carbon reduction initiatives within the built environment. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to impactful projects and support clients in achieving their sustainability and carbon neutrality goals.

Key Responsibilities of the Net-Zero Consultant:

* Lead the delivery of Net-Zero, Lifecycle Assessment, Embodied Carbon calculations, and Circular Economy strategies for built environment projects.

* Undertake Whole Life Carbon and Embodied Carbon studies, using industry-leading software such as One Click LCA to ensure high-quality, accurate analysis.

* Prepare comprehensive sustainability reports, including Lifecycle Analysis, Net Zero Carbon presentations, and Circular Economy Statements, often as part of planning submissions.

* Manage and coordinate sustainability contributions from a variety of stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery.

* Develop and implement sustainability strategies that support clients in achieving their carbon reduction goals and meeting regulatory standards.

* Prepare clear and concise reports that communicate findings and recommendations effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience:

* Experience in sustainability consulting, with a focus on Net-Zero and carbon strategies, preferably within the built environment.

* Proficiency in Lifecycle Assessment, Whole Life Carbon, and Embodied Carbon studies.

* Familiarity with tools such as One Click LCA and other lifecycle analysis software.

* Strong knowledge of BREEAM credits and other sustainability certifications.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information in reports and presentations.

* Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve sustainability goals.
