Nursery Manager
Nurse Seekers are proud to be working on behalf of a high-quality nursery who are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead on the growth and development of their fantastic day nursery based near Hatton Warwick.
The successful Nursery Manager will have the skillset to promote a successful and profitable business, engaging with the local community and marketing the nursery to reach maximum occupancy whilst providing excellent customer care. If you are a motivated, experienced individual with a love for seeing a nursery setting thrive then this is the position for you!
This is an incredibly exciting time for the nursery, as they are about to embark upon a renovation and reinvestment project throughout the nursery and this is something you could be a part of. Also, you will be supported by the nursery who will support you, and provide you with opportunities for further career growth and development.
Requirements
* Minimum of a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Early years or equivalent
* At least two-years current Nursery Manager experience
* Experienced in leading quality practice
* A clear enhanced DBS certificate
* Thorough knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Proven track record with the regulatory body
* Paediatric first aid certificate preferred but not essential
* Previous experience of being the Designated Safeguarding Lead
