This is a great opportunity to join a growing independent sustainability consultancy who provide specialist environmental services to the construction industry. They are on the lookout for an experienced OCDEA to join their team in their offices in Orpington.
Role responsibilities include:
* Produce SAP assessments and calculations for commercial projects and ensure they are in compliance with Part L
* Produce general energy and sustainability strategies and reports for clients within a timely manner
* Provide client with highly technical sustainable solutions to ensure their project targets are met
The ideal OCDEA will have:
* An OCDEA qualification
* A minimum of 2 years' experience within a relevant sustainability consultancy role within the construction industry
* Demonstratable experience delivering SAP assessments for commercial projects
* Strong knowledge of UK Building regulations and legislations
* Experience with SketchUp and SBEM software
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
