We're on the lookout for an experienced Operations & Compliance Manager to lead critical engineering operations within a data center environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a strong technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering and proven leadership in critical environments.
**What You’ll Do:**
- Ensure 100% uptime of critical engineering services.
- Lead and mentor the engineering team on best practices in safety, compliance, and risk management.
- Manage and oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement innovative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
**What You Bring:**
- Time-served electrical/mechanical apprenticeship.
- HV switching qualification/experience and 18th Edition IEE Regulations.
- NEBOSH Certification and expertise in M&E environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in critical environments and understanding risk management methodologies.
