Requirements for applicants:
* Live within a commutable distance of our office in Oxfordshire
* A good understanding of operational duties and logistics
* A strong knowledge of water hygiene, treatment and remedial tasks
* Great communication, teamwork and organisational skills essential.
* Working knowledge of computer packages, systems and software
* Proven minimum 5 year record or work history within a similar role
* Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Overseeing and managing mobile engineers and the day-to-day functionality of the operations department
* Overseeing the works booking process to ensure minimal lead times and ongoing compliance * Management of warehouse, fleet, chemical and equipment stocks
* Carrying out regular reviews of the department and reporting directly to directors * Involvement with new engineer and operational staff recruitment processes
* Implementation and management of existing and new processes
* Reporting directly to directors and taking an active role in the forward direction of the business
