Salary: £26,000- 31,000 dependent on experience

With several projects on the horizon this talented team of Architects, Technicians and Planners are keen to continue their growth with the addition of a Part Two Architectural Assistant to join their successful team in Birmingham.

This presents an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Part two Architectural Assistant to quickly become an integral member of a growing architectural practice that understands the importance of the specialist expertise that their talented team bring and are committed to supporting continued professional development within a collaborative and social work environment.

The successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will have several years of post-part two qualification experience, boasting design flare and experience working across residential projects.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:

* RIBA Part One and Part Two qualifications

* Ideally a couple of years of experience within a UK Architectural Practice

* Well versed in Revit, AutoCAD and other industry standard software

* Keen eye for detail and strong technical abilities

* Proven experience working in the residential sector

* Be a supportive team player

* Ensure high quality standards are met if not exceeded

* Thorough knowledge of current Building Regulations

* Proactive and positive attitude

* Excellent communication skills

* Local to Birmingham
