As a Payroll & Accounts Assistant, you’ll take ownership of weekly payroll and a variety of accounts administration tasks. Key Responsibilities: Accurately review employee timesheets and input data into pay and billing systems. Process wages, salaries, overtime, and holiday pay calculations. Maintain accurate employee data and process updates as required. Manage HMRC documentation, ensuring accurate tax and National Insurance deductions. Resolve employee queries related to payroll, payslips, and timesheets. Enrol new starters into the company pension scheme and submit relevant schedules. Process customer and supplier invoices through payroll and accounts systems. Keep meticulous records for employees, customers, and suppliers. Support general accounts and office administration tasks. What are they looking for? At least 3 years’ experience in weekly payroll processing A reliable, organised, and detail-oriented individual who works well in a team environment.
