People Advisor
Location : Lewes
Salary: £35,000- £38,000 per annum

The Role
As a People Advisor, you'll provide expert guidance to managers and colleagues, support key change initiatives, and ensure smooth people processes.
Responsibilities include:
* Offering HR advice across the colleague lifecycle
* Managing colleague relations, performance, and absence
* Supporting People projects and policy development
* Overseeing People administration and data management
Skills and Qualifications
* GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
* CIPD qualification Level 5
* Strong communication, organisation, and HR experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* A proactive, positive attitude with attention to detail
Other useful skills and experience:
* Experience in an educational, residential, or health setting
