The Role:

As a Planner or Senior Planner, you will play a vital role in delivering planning services to a broad client base, including landowners, developers, local authorities, and property professionals. Key responsibilities include:

* Managing all stages of planning work, from initial appraisals and fee proposals to application submissions, appeals, and inquiries.

* Providing expert planning and policy advice to clients.

* Developing and managing your own client base with budgetary accountability.

* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored solutions.

What You'll Bring:

* MRTPI membership or working towards chartership.

* Experience in preparing and submitting planning applications.

* Up-to-date knowledge of UK planning legislation, procedures, and methods.

* Ability to manage concurrent projects and deliver within deadlines.

* Excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams and with clients.

* A commercially minded, can-do attitude, with the ability to drive business growth.
