As a Primary School SEN Teaching Assistant in Waltham Forest, you'll play an integral role in supporting children's academic and social development. You'll ensure they feel confident and capable in the classroom every day presenting willingness to use your skills to make a positive impact on their needs.

You will be working closely with SEN children tailoring support to them, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that accompanies student growth, and collaborating with teachers and staff to develop individualised learning strategies.

To be successful in this role, you must have a genuine passion for working with children, particularly those with SEN. Experience in a classroom setting is highly beneficial, as is a good understanding of different SEN, such as autism, dyslexia, or emotional and behavioural difficulties.

You will be:

* Delivering Academic Support through personalized learning

* Monitoring and Feeding back student progress contributing to EHCP reviews and updates

* Working closely with SLT members of staff

* Assisting with behaviour management protocols

You must have:

* Patience, Empathy, and the ability to adapt on the spot

* A passion for working with children

* Strong Communication skills

* A proactive attitude and desire to help every child reach their full potential
