Key Responsibilities: Primary School Teaching Assistant - Croydon
* Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.
* Support individual or small groups of pupils to reinforce learning.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive interactions.
* Prepare learning materials and assist with classroom organisation.
* Provide additional support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN).

Requirements: Primary School Teaching Assistant
* Previous experience working with children (in an educational setting is a plus).
* A passion for education and supporting young learners.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
* A flexible and proactive attitude towards work.
