Primary Teaching Assistant (Temp position)

Academics Agency is offering an exciting opportunity for a Primary Teaching Assistant to join a wonderful SEN setting catering to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges and Autism. These students face a variety of difficulties, and we are committed to providing a nurturing and supportive environment where they can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide vital support to students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they feel safe, included, and encouraged in their learning experience.

* Assist in developing and implementing Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) and Behaviour Plans tailored to each pupil's needs.

* Build strong, positive relationships with students to foster classroom engagement and participation.

* Promote inclusion, self-reliance, and self-esteem among the students.

* Work collaboratively with teachers to maintain a productive and supportive learning environment.

What We Offer:

* Competitive Pay: Daily rates between £84 - £110 (including holiday pay), depending on your level of experience.
