Location : Lewes

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

The Role

* Estate planning, including preparation of Wills and advice on lifetime giving

* Probate and Estate administration, including advising on Deeds of Variation

* Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney

* Supervising Junior Fee Earners

Skills and Qualifications

* A qualified solicitor with between 5 to 10 years' PQE

* Experience/knowledge with advising on the creation, administration and termination of trusts would be advantageous

* Adaptable, accurate with the ability to work to tight deadlines

* Exceptional focus on client care, excellent communication skills and willingness to go above and beyond

* Proactive, resilient and solutions-driven, able to work independently while collaborating effectively in team settings
