What You'll Be Doing:
✔ Perform Echocardiograms - Conduct high-quality transthoracic (TTE), transesophageal (TOE), and stress echocardiograms as required. ✔ Assess Cardiac Function - Analyze and interpret echocardiographic images to evaluate heart structure, function, and pathology. ✔ Work with Multidisciplinary Teams - Collaborate with cardiologists, sonographers, and other healthcare professionals to support patient diagnosis and management. ✔ Ensure Patient Safety & Comfort - Explain procedures, obtain consent, and provide a reassuring environment for patients. ✔ Maintain Accurate Records - Document scan findings and ensure reports comply with clinical and regulatory standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
✔ A current and valid HCPC registration ✔ Minimum 1 years of Echocardiographer experience in the UK ✔ The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team ✔ A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working pattern from Monday to Friday, with adaptability where possible. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
