Are you a Procurement Manager / Category Manager with experience in non-residential construction?

Key responsibilities include:
* Taking full commercial ownership for the non-residential construction category
* Developing and implementing appropriate procurement strategies
* Leading sourcing and tendering activities to contract award
* Managing strategic supplier relationships, undertaking performance / contract management with key suppliers
* Building and maintaining robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven Procurement experience within non-residential construction sector
* Tendering and contracting experience
* Good understanding of FAC and NEC contract forms
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Honed stakeholder management skills
* Strong commercial acumen
